Meet the Team
Who is BodyKinect?
BodyKinect is the kind of mentorship that blends science with movement, breaking down complex concepts into practical, dance-specific training that actually makes a difference. We don't just preach strength and flexibility; we teach dancers how to build it in a way that makes them feel empowered, confident, and capable.

BodyKinect thrives in competitive dance spaces, helping youth dancers and their teachers navigate the physical demands of their craft with evidence-based training. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions— every dancer's body is unique, and their training should be too.
We value transparency, making sure dancers and teachers understand the "why" behind the training. And while we're serious about results, we never lose sight of the joy in movement-because at the end of the day, dance should feel good.
Whether through online coaching, workshops, or YouTube videos, BodyKinect is here to push the dance industry forward-one strong, educated, and confident dancer at a time.
